The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore
Today I had the honor of presenting a painting to Linda Hurwitz, Chair of the Board for the warm and wonderful charity, The Associated. The letters in the moon spell out “ahava,” which means love in Hebrew. The word ahava is rooted in the word ahav, which means “to give.” The concept is that true love is more concerned with giving than receiving - a beautiful sentiment, and what a great day it was for me. A big Thank You to Linda and everyone at The Associated.
